rPG Lover Studio built the Hatchify app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by rPG Lover Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and store the following types of information to provide and improve our Service:

Personal Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your Email Address, Display Name, and Profile Picture. This information is used solely for authentication and to personalize your user experience within the app.
User-Generated Content: We store incubation data that you create, including batch names, egg counts, dates, notes, and hatch rates. This data is stored securely in Google Cloud (Firestore).
Device Information: We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers like Advertising ID). This data is collected by third-party services (Google AdMob and Firebase) for analytics and advertising purposes.

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party service providers:

Google Sign-In (used for authentication)
Google Firebase (Firestore & Analytics) (used for database storage and app usage analysis)
Google AdMob (used to display advertisements). AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

The app requests specific permissions to function correctly:

Notifications: Used to send local alerts for incubation milestones (e.g., Lockdown and Hatch days).
Internet Access: Used to sync your data to the cloud and to load advertisements.

Retention: Your data is retained for as long as you have an active account with us.

Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can request account deletion by contacting us via email at support@rpgloverstudio.com. Upon request, we will remove your account and all associated data from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service is a utility tool (incubation calendar) and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
